The Yiaho team reviews these interesting figures concerning the adoption of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yiaho.com\/en\/free-chat-gpt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ChatGPT<\/a> in the medical field. <\/p>\n<h2>ChatGPT: The most popular tool despite its limitations<\/h2>\n<p><strong>The striking figure: 62% of doctors report integrating ChatGPT into their daily practice.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>An impressive score considering the tool has only been available to the general public for three years. More broadly, over half of the healthcare professionals surveyed admit to using a general-purpose AI (ChatGPT, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yiaho.com\/gemini-decouvrez-lhistoire-complete-de-lia-de-google\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Gemini<\/a>, Grok, or others) in their work. <\/p>\n<p>Usage is even more frequent in underserved areas: practitioners working in medical deserts use it more, for example, to compensate for a lack of time or colleagues to consult quickly.<\/p>\n<h2>Massive AI adoption, but limited trust<\/h2>\n<p>Behind this rapid adoption lies a more nuanced reality.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>66% of users have already encountered false or incomplete answers,<\/li>\n<li>94% say they are dissatisfied with current general-purpose AIs.<\/li>\n<li>Nearly six out of ten professionals (57%) are particularly concerned about the lack of scientific validation for the information provided.<\/li>\n<li>Only a small minority, 19%, claim to have no reservations about these tools.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Also read on this topic: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yiaho.com\/en\/%f0%9f%91%a8%e2%9a%95%ef%b8%8f-ambroise-medical-advisor\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">There is an online medical advisor on Yiaho!<\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Frequency of use: AI already embedded in daily life<\/h2>\n<p>The study also reveals how routine AI has become:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>81% of healthcare professionals use it at least once a week.<\/li>\n<li>23% use it every day.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These figures indicate a profound change in work habits, even if its use remains predominantly complementary and not a substitute for human expertise.<\/p>\n<h3>Towards more reliable and specialized tools?<\/h3>\n<p>This report shows us that doctors are massively adopting general-purpose AIs while pointing out their critical flaws, particularly regarding scientific reliability. This is a strong signal for publishers already working on health-specific models, which are supposed to offer sourced and validated answers. <\/p>\n<p>Several tools now exist, even in France, offering AI-assisted medical advice. For example, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yiaho.com\/doctolib-va-lancer-une-ia-pour-guider-les-patients-dans-leur-sante\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Doctolib<\/a> recently announced AI-integrated assistance, and the startup <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yiaho.com\/medgpt-lia-medicale-francaise-peut-elle-surpasser-chatgpt-dans-le-domaine-de-la-sante\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">MedGPT<\/a> is trying to make a name for itself in this highly competitive field.
