Good news for both the French artificial intelligence sector and job seekers? France Travail has announced a partnership with Mistral AI to design and deploy innovative new tools to support agency advisors. <\/p>\n

This initiative aims to optimize support for job seekers by integrating advanced technological solutions that can improve the efficiency of the services offered.<\/p>\n

Advisors will have additional resources to better meet the needs of job seekers, thereby promoting their professional integration. Here are the details: <\/p>\n

The Minister for AI and Digital Affairs welcomes this progress<\/h2>\n

Clara Chappaz, Minister for AI and Digital Affairs, remains a discreet figure within a government that has recently come under fire. However, she has grasped the importance of the challenges surrounding artificial intelligence and plans to make France a leader in the field. <\/p>\n

On her LinkedIn account, she was quick to praise this collaboration, stating: “France Travail is partnering with Mistral AI to make life easier for employees and users!<\/em>”<\/p>\n

This initiative includes training nearly 10,000 France Travail employees on how to use these new tools, a significant step toward modernizing employment support services. But how will they use AI? <\/p>\n

How will France Travail use AI?<\/h2>\n

The introduction of AI at France Travail, formerly P\u00f4le Emploi, does not directly involve the unemployed, but aims to lighten the workload of advisors, who are often overwhelmed by their daily tasks.<\/p>\n

Two new tools will be deployed:<\/p>\n

  1. ChatFT (Chat France Travail)<\/strong>: This writing assistance tool will allow advisors to save valuable time in managing communications. Whether it’s drafting letters, responding to messages, or putting together files, ChatFT is designed to be an asset for improving service efficiency.
