It is in this context that Clara Chappaz, Minister Delegate for Digital Affairs, unveiled a national plan entitled &#8220;Dare to AI&#8221; on June 30, 2025. <\/p>\n<p>This program aims to make AI a lever for competitiveness accessible to all companies, from startups to SMEs and mid-caps.<\/p>\n<p>An analysis of an initiative that could transform the French economic landscape.<\/p>\n<h2>Dare to AI: democratizing artificial intelligence for all businesses<\/h2>\n<p>The goal of &#8220;Dare to AI&#8221; is clear: to remove barriers to the adoption of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yiaho.com\/en\/artificial-intelligence-history-definition-and-examples\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">artificial intelligence<\/a>, which is often perceived as complex or reserved for large organizations.<\/p>\n<p>The government wants to encourage companies of all sizes to integrate AI into their processes to gain efficiency, innovate, and remain competitive on the international stage. To achieve this, the plan is structured around three major pillars: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>awareness,<\/li>\n<li>training,<\/li>\n<li>financial support.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Raising awareness of AI to overcome apprehensions<\/h2>\n<p>AI can be intimidating, especially in small organizations where technical and human resources are limited.<\/p>\n<p>To change the game, the government is deploying 300 &#8220;AI ambassadors,&#8221; experts tasked with meeting entrepreneurs. Their mission? To demystify AI, explain its concrete benefits, and identify opportunities tailored to each sector. To address this issue, the government is setting up attractive financial schemes. <\/p>\n<p>A bank guarantee fund will make it possible to finance AI projects up to \u20ac500,000 over a ten-year period, thus providing security for companies wishing to invest in these technologies.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, 5,000 SMEs and mid-caps will be able to benefit from an &#8220;AI diagnostic&#8221; subsidized at 40%. This diagnostic, carried out by experts, will identify the specific needs of each company and propose tailor-made solutions. <\/p>\n<h2>Good news for artificial intelligence in France?<\/h2>\n<p>&#8220;Dare to AI&#8221; comes at a key moment. In a world where competitiveness increasingly relies on the ability to innovate, artificial intelligence offers unparalleled prospects.
