What were his recommendations? He proposed several ideas, including:  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Job searching: Using AI to identify relevant opportunities based on professional experience and previous roles.<\/li>\n<li>Developing an action plan: Creating a structured 30-day search plan to guide the efforts of those laid off.<\/li>\n<li>Resume analysis: Using <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yiaho.com\/en\/free-online-cv\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">AI to optimize resume content<\/a> to make them more attractive to recruiters.<\/li>\n<li>Writing LinkedIn posts: Generating impactful LinkedIn messages to highlight candidates&#8217; skills and availability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Artificial intelligence is often criticized for its ability to replace jobs.
