Researchers used a drone equipped with AI to map out priority search areas based on the probability of finding biosignatures\u2014signs of life. <\/p>\n<p>The results were spectacular: using AI increased the probability of finding these signs of life by 88% compared to random searches, and even reduced the search area by 96%.
