Yiaho.com is a free French platform that requires no registration and does not systematically collect personal data. We use cookies to serve ads via Google AdSense and to anonymously analyze browsing via Google Analytics. You can accept or refuse these cookies via the consent banner.
Comments left voluntarily are moderated, and the associated data (IP address, username, email) is kept temporarily. Messages exchanged with our AI agents or chatbots are sent to the AI model provider (OpenAI or DeepSeek) to generate the replies, and Yiaho keeps them for 90 days, along with the date and IP address, to run the service and prevent abuse. Your rights are protected in accordance with the GDPR.

- The data controller;
- The recipients of the data;
- The site’s cookie policy.
This policy supplements the legal notice and the Terms of Use available at: https://www.yiaho.com/mentions-legales/.

- Collected for specific, explicit, and legitimate purposes;
- Adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary;
- Accurate and, where necessary, kept up to date;

Article 3: Data collected and purposes
3.1 Data collected
Yiaho.com is designed to work without registration or systematic collection of personal data. The only data collected is:
- Comments: If you leave a comment, we collect your IP address, your browser’s user agent, and optionally the username, first name, last name, or email address you choose to provide.
- Cookies and browsing data: We use cookies to:
- Anonymously analyze browsing via Google Analytics (for example, pages visited, browser type).
- Serve personalized ads via Google AdSense, which may collect data such as IP address or unique identifiers and share it with 151 TCF vendors and 66 advertising partners (see Google’s policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy).
- Interactions with AI agents: messages entered in chatbots or AI agents and the generated replies are stored on our servers, with the date and IP address of the exchange. They are not linked to any account. They are deleted automatically after 90 days. To generate each reply, the message is sent to the provider of the AI model used by the chatbot, OpenAI (United States) or DeepSeek (China), which processes it in accordance with its own privacy policy. Do not enter personal or sensitive information in the chatbots.
3.2 Purposes
This data is used to:
- Run the AI chatbots and prevent abuse (automated requests, misuse of the service);
- Moderate comments to ensure appropriate content;
- Improve the user experience through anonymous analytics (Google Analytics);
- Fund the platform through personalized ads (Google AdSense).
3.3 Collection method
- Comments: Data is collected only when you submit a comment.
- Cookies: A consent banner lets you accept or refuse advertising and analytics cookies on your first visit. You can change your choices at any time via the “Privacy settings” link at the bottom of the page.
- AI agents: messages are stored when you send them in a chatbot, then sent to the AI model provider (OpenAI or DeepSeek) to generate the reply.
3.4 Retention period
- Comments: Data (IP address, user agent, optional username or email) is kept for 12 months for moderation purposes, unless otherwise required by law.
- Cookies: Comment cookies expire after 1 year. Advertising and analytics cookies follow the durations defined by Google (generally 13 months for Google Analytics).
- Chatbot messages: 90 days (messages, replies, date and IP address), then deleted automatically.
3.5 Data hosting
The Yiaho.com website is hosted by o2switch, a French company located at 222-224 Boulevard Gustave Flaubert, 63000 Clermont-Ferrand, France. All collected data is hosted within the European Union.
