Terms and Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the “Terms”) apply to all sales of PDF training courses (hereinafter the “Products”) made on the Yiaho.com website (hereinafter the “Site”). By accessing the Site and making a purchase, you accept these Terms without reservation.

  1. Purpose: These Terms aim to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of online sales of Products offered by Yiaho.com.
  2. Products: The Products available for sale are artificial intelligence training courses in PDF format. The essential characteristics of the Products are described on the Site. Product photographs and descriptions are provided for informational purposes only and have no contractual value.
  3. Order: Orders are placed online on the Site. Any order placed on the Site constitutes a distance contract between the Buyer and the Seller. Once the order is confirmed and payment is received, the Buyer will receive a confirmation email.
  4. Price: Product prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes. Delivery fees are included in the indicated price. The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but Products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
  5. Payment: Payment for Products is made online by credit card or any other payment method accepted on the Site. Transactions are secured using encryption protocols.
  6. Delivery: Products are delivered as downloadable PDF files. After order confirmation and receipt of payment, a download link will be sent by email to the Buyer.
  7. Right of withdrawal: In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of digital content not provided on a physical medium when performance has begun after the consumer’s prior express consent and express waiver of their right of withdrawal.
  8. Liability: The Seller is not responsible for indirect damages that may arise from the purchase of Products. The Seller’s liability cannot be engaged in case of non-compliance with the legislation of the country where the Products are delivered.
  9. Intellectual property: All elements of the Site and the Products are protected by copyright, trademark law and/or other intellectual property rights. Any reproduction, distribution or use of the Site elements or Products without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
  10. Personal data protection: Personal information collected during the order is necessary for transaction management and may be used for marketing purposes, unless the Buyer objects. In accordance with the Data Protection Act, the Buyer has the right to access, rectify and delete data concerning them.
  11. Applicable law and jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
  12. Modifications to the Terms: The Seller reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. New conditions will apply only to sales made after they are posted on the Site.
