Yiaho Charter
Founding principles that guide all our actions
Yiaho was created in 2022 with a simple conviction: artificial intelligence must be a common good, accessible to everyone, without barriers and without compromising freedom or privacy.
Since our beginnings, we are committed to offering the world’s best AI in a completely free, unlimited version with no registration required.
This Charter expresses the immutable principles that guide Yiaho’s development, today and tomorrow, even when we have completed our own cutting-edge models.
1. Universal access and absolute free use
We consider artificial intelligence a fundamental right in the digital age. Anyone, anywhere in the world, must be able to use the most powerful AI without paying, without creating an account, and without message limits.
We reject any freemium model, any paywall, and any artificial usage limitation.
As long as it remains technically and economically viable, free and unlimited access will remain at the heart of Yiaho.
2. Total transparency
We clearly indicate which model or API is used behind each AI offered on the platform.
We regularly publish the progress status of our proprietary internal models (when they exist or are in development).
We make public our technical choices, our training data sources, and our moderation practices.
3. Unconditional user protection
No personal data is requested or collected to use Yiaho.
Conversations remain strictly private: they are neither stored permanently, nor used to train models, nor sold to third parties.
4. Security and responsibility
We implement the strictest possible safeguards to prevent any harmful use of the AI we make accessible (propaganda, mass disinformation, incitement to violence, etc.).
We continuously invest in research on the security, alignment, and robustness of models, even those we did not create ourselves.
We publicly share our findings and security tools as soon as it does not compromise user safety.
5. Independence and rejection of power concentration
Yiaho remains an independent company. We will refuse any acquisition or investment that would jeopardize our mission of universal and free access.
We oppose any attempt to monopolize AI by a handful of players and commit to always offering open and accessible alternatives.
6. Cooperation and knowledge sharing
We willingly collaborate with researchers, universities, associations, and other stakeholders who share our values of openness and universal access.
We publish as much of our research, tools, and best practices as possible.
7. Long-term vision
Even when artificial intelligence reaches or surpasses human level, we will continue to defend these principles: AGI must remain freely accessible and without limits to all humanity.
No lock-in, no restrictive license, no concentration of power will be acceptable.
This Charter is not a marketing document: it is the solemn commitment of the entire Yiaho team.
We will review it regularly, but never at the expense of universal access, transparency, and user protection.
The Yiaho Team
Since 2022 – For a free AI, at no cost, and serving everyone.
