Artificial intelligence is much more than a technological revolution: it is also reshaping the future of business. It is in this context that Clara Chappaz, Minister Delegate for Digital Affairs, unveiled a national plan entitled “Dare to AI” on June 30, 2025.
This program aims to make AI a lever for competitiveness accessible to all companies, from startups to SMEs and mid-caps.
An analysis of an initiative that could transform the French economic landscape.
Dare to AI: democratizing artificial intelligence for all businesses
The goal of “Dare to AI” is clear: to remove barriers to the adoption of artificial intelligence, which is often perceived as complex or reserved for large organizations.
The government wants to encourage companies of all sizes to integrate AI into their processes to gain efficiency, innovate, and remain competitive on the international stage. To achieve this, the plan is structured around three major pillars:
- awareness,
- training,
- financial support.
Raising awareness of AI to overcome apprehensions
AI can be intimidating, especially in small organizations where technical and human resources are limited.
To change the game, the government is deploying 300 “AI ambassadors,” experts tasked with meeting entrepreneurs. Their mission? To demystify AI, explain its concrete benefits, and identify opportunities tailored to each sector. You can also apply to become an AI ambassador by applying on the government website.
Whether it’s optimizing logistics, improving customer relations, or automating repetitive tasks, these ambassadors will play a key role in inspiring and guiding leaders.

Training to build sustainable skills
No AI without skills. That’s why the “Dare to AI” plan places a special emphasis on training. A brand-new platform, the “AI Academy,” will soon be launched.
Accessible online, it will offer tutorials, training modules, and educational resources to introduce employees and leaders to the uses of AI.
Whether it’s to understand the basics of algorithms or to learn how to integrate AI tools into existing software, the “AI Academy” website will go live in October 2025. It aims to become a reference for companies seeking autonomy.

Dare to AI: Financial support to accelerate projects
One of the major barriers to AI adoption remains its cost. To address this issue, the government is setting up attractive financial schemes.
A bank guarantee fund will make it possible to finance AI projects up to €500,000 over a ten-year period, thus providing security for companies wishing to invest in these technologies.
Furthermore, 5,000 SMEs and mid-caps will be able to benefit from an “AI diagnostic” subsidized at 40%. This diagnostic, carried out by experts, will identify the specific needs of each company and propose tailor-made solutions.
Good news for artificial intelligence in France?
“Dare to AI” comes at a key moment. In a world where competitiveness increasingly relies on the ability to innovate, artificial intelligence offers unparalleled prospects. Concrete examples prove it: an SME in the agri-food sector can use AI to optimize its supply chain, while an accounting firm can automate data analysis to focus on strategic consulting.
With this plan, the government is not just promoting AI; it is creating an ecosystem where every company can find its place.
By making artificial intelligence more accessible, the government is sending a signal: AI is not reserved for an elite, but can become a tool for everyone. This is also our philosophy at Yiaho!
For businesses, it is an invitation to innovate, reinvent themselves, and dare. Because in a constantly evolving world, those who know how to leverage AI today will be the leaders of tomorrow.
